At two and a half years of age granddaughter mostly interested in pictures in books. This is a nice book and will be a great book later on....
Bought it for grand kids, don't know if it is good or bad
I loved this book! It reminded me of one of the classic tales from long ago.
My son loved the book so much that we bought extra copies to give as gifts. Judd’s exciting narrative combined with Matthew’s illustrations make for a fun read for all.
My youngest read this again and again until she had it down. Very kid friendly, spot on rhyme and great for little readers.
My five year old is starting to read and loves the rhythm and rhyme of this book- we often catch her reciting the words from memory (like a catchy song) long after we finish reading. My three year old loves the many jobs mentioned to help keep a circus working as well as the fun, colorful illustrations. Even my one year old likes this book because it often gives her something to do (ie: “Applause! Applause!â€). And I love this book because it’s one I can read on repeat without getting annoyed! We’ve given copies of this book to friends for birthday and Christmas- It’s a great find.
